Data we process

The data submitted through the contact form: name, email address and message content, together with the timestamp of submission. Server log data, including IP addresses, is processed by the hosting provider.

Purpose

Data is processed for the purpose of responding to enquiries and, where a request has been made, of informing the enquirer when the application becomes available.

Recipients

The hosting provider processes data on our behalf for the operation of this website and the transmission of email. No other recipients exist, and no transfer for marketing purposes takes place.

Storage period

Message data is retained for the duration of the enquiry and for a reasonable subsequent period. Log data is deleted on a rolling basis.

Your control

You may request access to, rectification of, or erasure of the data concerning you. Requests should be addressed to [email protected] and will be answered.
